UAT / Manual Test Engineer to support a banking project related to Outward Remittance. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in testing customer-facing web and mobile applications. Product-specific experience is not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
• Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases and test data.
• Execute UAT, functional, integration, system, regression, smoke and sanity testing.
• Perform end-to-end testing of customer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Validate positive, negative, boundary and exception scenarios.
• Identify, document, track and retest defects through closure.
• Perform regression testing after fixes and application changes.
• Coordinate with Business, Development and QA teams during UAT cycles.
• Maintain test execution status, defect reports and testing documentation.
• Validate application behavior across supported browsers and mobile environments.

Required Skills

• Strong Manual Testing / UAT Testing experience.
• Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC and Defect Life Cycle.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and cases.
• Good defect reporting and tracking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
