Super Sweet Sellers – Join Our Remarkable Team!

We’re on the lookout for Super Sweet Sellers to join our multi-store team across Queenstown, Arrowtown and Airport. If creating magical experiences (and offering fudge tastings!) sounds like your kind of day, we’d love to meet you.

This recruitment is for two full-time, permanent positions. The ideal start date is 1st November 2026 onwards. Not suitable for applicants seeking seasonal, temporary or short-term work.

Position Overview:

As a Retail Super Seller of All Things Sweet, you’ll be the face of Remarkable Sweet Shop. Your role is all about delivering fun, warmth and exceptional customer service while helping customers explore our world of fudge, candy, and all things delicious. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service

• Offer free fudge tastings to every customer

• Assist customers with product recommendations from our huge range of treats

• Maintain vibrant and eye-catching displays

• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately

• Keep the store clean, colorful and inviting

• Support stock replenishment and daily store operations

Our ideal Super Sweet Sellers have:

• Exceptional customer service skills and a naturally friendly, upbeat personality

• A love of fudge and confectionery (or a love of sharing it with others!)

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence, enthusiasm and a positive, team-focused attitude

•  Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Ability to travel between multiple store locations

• Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not essential)

• Experience in food handling and a good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (highly preferred)
