Now Hiring: Blueprinter / Production Manager
Location: iCrash Collision, 3725 Cincinnati Ave., Suite 200, Rocklin, CA 95765
Position Summary:
Plan the Repair. Lead Production. Build Your Future.
iCrash Collision, a proud member of the Kniesel’s Collision family, is seeking an experienced Blueprinter / Production Manager who combines thorough repair planning with strong shop leadership. This hands-on role helps ensure every vehicle enters production with a complete, accurate repair plan and moves efficiently through the shop—from disassembly through final quality checks.
You’ll work closely with technicians, estimators, and parts personnel to identify damage during disassembly, research OEM repair procedures, document required operations, and confirm parts needs before repairs begin. Your attention to detail will help reduce avoidable supplements, prevent delays, and set the team up to deliver safe, quality repairs.
Alongside blueprinting, you’ll lead daily production by assigning work, coordinating repair schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving bottlenecks. You’ll help ensure technicians have the information, parts, and resources needed to keep repairs moving while maintaining OEM requirements and Kniesel’s quality standards.
As a leader, you’ll coach the estimating and production teams, reinforce accountability, and promote clear communication across the shop. Success in this role takes technical collision repair knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to turn a detailed repair plan into a well-executed repair.
If you’re ready to take ownership of both repair planning and production performance, build your leadership skills, and grow with a respected family-owned collision repair organization, we want to hear from you.
Apply today and help drive quality, efficiency, and teamwork at iCrash Collision.
