Job Overview:  Responsible for assisting the department in developing and updating specifications for process and finished products. The role will also be tasked with assisting Product Development and Technical Services for business critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities:  Collect and measure parameters for finished product and document the data  Update specification based on collected data Communicate updates with cross functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing Maintain tracker for activity and update documents including SOP’s to reflect changes is needed The Recipe for Success:  Completion of high school diploma or equivalent Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a university or college Previous Food Science/Science background or Bakery/Culinary background  Good communication skills with excellent computer literacy skills Detail oriented with good organization skills  Understanding basic ingredient functionality and baking parameters  Ability to change directions as per the needs of the Customer and Give & Go What we can offer:  It’s an exciting time to be part of the Give & Go team as we are growing rapidly and want you to become a part our growth and extraordinarily bright future.
