Our business is growing and we are hiring another Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant. Based out of our Gracefield, Lower Hutt site you will be part of ensuring we meet our customer commitment to “deliver the next day if your order is in by 3 pm”. Representing our company in both uniform and a branded, GPS tracked, automatic van you will have a reputation for giving great customer service and keeping your cool with a smile while navigating traffic in central Wellington, Petone and Lower and Upper Hutt areas. A key aspect of this role will be your service focus as you will deliver into customer specified locations including cleaning cupboards, kitchens and secured areas.

About the Role

1. Hours - Mon to Friday - 8 am to 4.30 pm with occasional overtime

2. Maintain a clean & professional vehicle & service representing the NXP brand

3. Hand load & unload your van with a trolley

4. Assist with picking & packing orders & general warehousing

5. Problem solving & documentation accuracy

About You

1. Full clean drivers licence class 1 required with a forklift licence an advantage

2. Have experience & thrive in Wellington traffic

3. Exemplify Health & Safety best practice

4. Physically fit & able to lift up to 25 kgs repeatedly

5. Have referees who promote your outstanding reliability, communication & customer service skills
