If you are an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual, we would love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone to support the team 10-15 hours per week in our store based in Woolston.

The role is part-time and may suit someone seeking work around study, family or other commitments. We require someone for a couple of afternoons a week and rostered Saturdays.

As a general assistant, you'll be a great team player and you'll have lots of initiative. It is a varied role where you need to be organised and efficient.

Key responsibilities will include:

·        Keep the showroom tidy and help daily operations run smoothly.

·        Responding to customer enquiries.

·        Supporting the retail, administration and workshop teams as required.

·        Topping up greases and cleaners in the workshop.

·        Managing rubbish & recycling.

·        Help customers find the right products and deliver great service.

About you

What you’ll bring:

·        Can work 10-15 hours per week (including Saturdays);

·        A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service;

·        A proactive and organised approach;

·        Strong communication and teamwork skills;

·        A positive "can do" attitude;

·        An interest in cycling or relevant retail experience would be an advantage.
