About the Role
As a key member of our branch team, you will:
- Provide outstanding service and support to trade and retail customers
- Process customer enquiries, orders, quotes, credits, and sales transactions
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Complete invoicing, receipting, banking, and other branch administration tasks
- Assist with stock control, stocktakes, and receipting inwards goods
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional branch environment
What You'll Bring
- Previous customer service, retail, trade sales, or branch experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, hands-on, team-focused attitude
- Good computer and administration skills
- Commitment to health and safety
- Full Class 1 Driver Licence
- Forklift experience and F Endorsement preferred but not essential
