We’re looking for a contracting-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our IT, Transformation & Digital (ITTD) team in Wellington.

What you’ll be doing

• Working alongside some of the most successful ITTD recruitment consultants in New Zealand
• Being a client-facing consultant who enjoys business development (and coffee)
• Managing your desk like your own business — with the support, tools and training of a proven, Kiwi-owned brand
• Receiving full training — the Beyond way, where clients and candidates always come first

What your background might look like

• Contracting recruitment experience (agency and/or internal), or
• An IT graduate with proven customer service, sales or hospitality experience, or
• You’re ready for a career change and this feels like the right fit
