Luxe Appearance is a boutique appearance medicine and dermal therapy clinic in Remuera, caring for women who want to look and feel their best at every stage of life. We're a small, close team, and we're looking for someone warm, organised and creative to be the face of our clinic and the voice of our brand.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Manager and Marketing Coordinator to join our great team at Luxe Appearance. As the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Start date: 11 January 2027
Key Qualifications:
Fluent proficiency in Apple Mac, Microsoft Excel, and Word, ensuring seamless communication and document management.
A bubbly personality that exudes warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our luxurious brand.
A quick learner who can adapt to our clinic's fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
A can-do attitude that thrives in a customer-centric setting, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
Creative, with a good eye for aesthetics and brand
Comfortable on camera or behind it
Self-motivated and able to manage your own time on your work-from-home day
Helpful, but not essential
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, video editing and Klaviyo.
Training & support
You'll get three weeks of hands-on training with our current staff member before you fly solo, so you'll feel confident in both sides of the role from day one.
What your days will look like
In the clinic
Being the first friendly face (and voice) clients meet, whether at reception, on the phone, by email or when they walk in.
Managing the appointment calendar and keeping our days running smoothly.
Building genuine, lasting relationships with our clients.
Ordering and managing stock.
Working alongside our clinical team to keep the clinic spotless, calm and organised.
Overseeing general clinic operations alongside the Director.
On the marketing side
Planning content and keeping a content calendar, aligning with the owner
Running our Instagram: posts, stories and campaigns
Creating and managing Meta ads
Posting on TikTok
Writing and sending fortnightly or monthly EDMs in Klaviyo
Planning and coordinating clinic events from start to finish
Liaising with suppliers and our partner businesses
Filming and editing content that reflects the Luxe look and feel
