At RealNZ, we're looking for an Events Coordinator to help bring extraordinary events to life across some of New Zealand's most iconic destinations. From corporate conferences and incentive groups to special celebrations and exclusive experiences, you'll be the person connecting the dots, managing the details, and ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly from initial confirmation through to final invoicing.

This is a role for someone who loves organisation, enjoys building relationships, and gets genuine satisfaction from seeing months of planning come together into an unforgettable guest experience. You'll work closely with clients, operational teams, and colleagues across the business, translating ideas into detailed plans and making sure everyone has what they need to deliver with confidence.

You'll be at the heart of our MICE team, coordinating logistics, managing event communications, maintaining key systems and processes, and supporting the successful delivery of events across the RealNZ business. No two days are quite the same, and you'll thrive on balancing multiple priorities while keeping a calm head and exceptional attention to detail.

 

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous coordination experience in events, tourism, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• You'll be naturally organised, proactive, and a confident communicator who enjoys working with a wide variety of people.
• Experience with CRM systems, booking platforms, and the Microsoft suite will set you up for success
• Knowledge of HubSpot, FareHarbor, and the RealNZ product range would be an added bonus.
