Your responsibilities will include:
· Opening files and completing AML and CDD requirements.
· Managing critical deadlines.
· Assisting with conveyancing transactions, including preparing documents, creating e-dealings, and liaising with clients and other law firms.
· Diary, email, and telephone management.
· Document preparation, formatting, proofreading, version control, and file noting.
· Client liaison.
· General administration.
· Billing and file management.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and professionally.
· Experience in a professional services environment.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
· A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
· The confidence to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
Experience in a legal office is highly desirable. However, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate who demonstrates the skills, attitude, and aptitude to succeed in the role. Experience in a professional office environment is essential.
