About the role
Join our thriving team at antidote as a Pharmacy Retail Assistant. In this full-time role based in Dunedin, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued patients and clients. As an integral part of our pharmacy, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations.
What is on offer
Two full time position Monday to Friday (Position A)
One part time position Saturday and Sunday (Position B)

What you'll be doing
Delivering outstanding customer service to patients and clients
Maintaining accurate records and inventory management
Providing information and advice on over-the-counter products
Ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked, clean and organised
Collaborating with the dispensary team to provide seamless and efficient care
Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and clients
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management
A genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to the wellbeing of our community
Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and protocols (desirable)
