About the role
Level 2 Systems & Network Engineer position with Affinity MSP, one of Australia's leading managed IT providers. The role involves delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions to mid-to-large businesses across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on preventing security issues and maintaining reliable systems.
Key responsibilities
Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
Windows endpoint management and troubleshooting
Hypervisor management (Vmware / Hyper-V)
Advanced firewall troubleshooting (Fortinet preferred)
Network troubleshooting and configuration
Client-facing communication and support
Independent problem-solving and ownership of issues
About you
Must have a drivers license and car
Minimum 3 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
Willing to be at clients (On-site hybrid role)
3 years experience with Intune and endpoint management
3+ years in IT support with MSP experience (non-negotiable)
3+ years hypervisor experience (Vmware / Hyper-V)
Firewall troubleshooting experience (Fortinet preferred)
Networking troubleshooting and configuration skills
Microsoft Certifications – MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, SC-900 (highly preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and take ownership
