The Building Supervisor maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all members and guests. Responding to needs of visitors and staff, maintains overall security of the facility, and ensures the facility is properly secure at the end of the day. 

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or related experience in a recreational facility.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic
  segments of the community
