About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Phone & Device Repair Technician to join our Christchurch team. This is a hands-on, full-time role in a busy repair environment, working across a wide range of devices, models and faults. You'll have opportunities to build advanced repair and diagnostic skills as you grow with the business.

Key responsibilities

• Repair iPhones, Samsung and other smartphones

• Repair iPads and other tablets

• Screen, battery, charging and other hardware repairs

• Diagnose and troubleshoot device faults

• Complete repairs to a high standard

• Communicate clearly with customers when required

• Manage repair jobs efficiently and work independently

About you

• Hands-on mobile phone repair experience

• At least 2 years' experience repairing both iPhone and Samsung/Android devices

• At least 2 years' experience with iPad or tablet repairs

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Careful, consistent workmanship

• The ability to work independently in a busy repair environment

• Experience in OCA/glass-only screen restoration (strong advantage, not essential)

• Experience in iPhone back-glass repair (strong advantage, not essential)

• Experience in iPhone housing replacement (strong advantage, not essential)

• Experience in laptop and MacBook repair (strong advantage, not essential)
