We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join our Auckland-based team and take ownership of productions from initial client engagement and quoting through to planning, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up. This hands-on leadership role combines strong client and crew management with service, coordination, and a focus on delivering successful events.
As our Senior Producer, you’ll be the central point of coordination for clients, venue partners, internal teams and contractors. You’ll lead and support crews, oversee creative, technical and logistical planning, and ensure every event is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Qualifications & experience
Experience in a producer or production role
Experience in event management
Experience leading teams and managing crew in event environments
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Commercial understanding, including quoting, managing costs and margins

Tasks & responsibilities
Build a positive team culture, prioritise wellbeing, monitor workloads and coordinate production timelines and team coverage.
Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
Work with our clients to achieve the right creative and technical solution.
Act as the primary contact for clients, presenters, suppliers and venues.
Design and create event concepts
Plan and lead events from concept through planning to on-site delivery.
Manage event financials including quoting, margins and invoicing.
Coordinate and manage internal crew and subcontractors at base and on site.
Identify practical improvements and technology investment opportunities
