Job Summary
In this role, you will operate production machinery, monitor equipment performance, and help keep materials moving through the manufacturing process. Daily work may include setting up machines, feeding materials, checking finished product quality, and reporting equipment issues. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on meeting production standards safely. A strong fit is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working around industrial equipment, and able to follow instructions closely. Candidates with experience on welders, corrugators, braiders, press machines, or similar production equipment are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $22.94 per hour
Job Site Location: Romeoville, Illinois
Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am will train on 1st shift for a month before transitioning
Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Required Qualifications
Experience operating or supporting industrial production machinery
Familiarity with RW80 welders, RW80 corrugators, braiders, 460 Machine, RF67 equipment, or Composite Bulk Machines
Ability to follow machine operating procedures, work instructions, and safety practices
Ability to monitor machine performance and identify quality or equipment issues
Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications
Press machine experience
Experience working first or second shift in a production setting
Experience performing basic machine setup, changeover, or adjustments
Strong attention to detail when inspecting materials or finished products
