What we're looking for
- Proven experience in concreting and/or formwork construction
- Experience with boxing, footings, foundations, slabs, columns, and concrete structures
- Ability to read and work from plans and drawings
- Experience with Doka, Peri, or conventional formwork systems preferred
- Own basic tools and reliable transport
- Current Site Safe ticket (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-focused attitude
- $30-$40 per hour, depending on skills and experience
- Weekly pay, on time every time
- Ongoing work across major commercial construction projects
- Immediate starts available
