The Role
Due to ongoing growth and increased customer demand, we’re looking for new team members to join our Sales Support / Case Management team.
You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through the car finance process, including:
Assisting customers with their lending needs
Making outbound calls and sending emails to gather key information
Entering and assessing customer affordability details
Responding to questions via phone, email, and our online portal
Running credit checks and ensuring all required documents are collected
Providing admin support to the sales and compliance teams
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with plenty of support and clear performance milestones.
About You
You don’t need finance experience — we’ll train you from scratch.
If you’re confident on the phone, organised, friendly, and motivated, you’ll settle in quickly.
You’ll shine if you have:
Confidence with email and online systems
A warm, approachable personality
Strong organisational and time management skills
Motivation, initiative, and a strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
