As an Online Shopper, you are the eyes and hands for our digital customers. Your main mission is to navigate the store aisles, select the highest-quality items on our customers' grocery lists and pack them carefully for collection or delivery. If you love staying active, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect job for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Select the best products: Use a digital scanner to locate and pick groceries, choosing the freshest produce and longest expiry dates.
• Pack with care: Bag items efficiently, keeping fragile goods safe and separating chilled/frozen foods.
• Handle substitutions: If an item is out of stock, select a smart alternative for the customer.
• Collection: Engage with the customer at point of collection.

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented: You know the difference between a ripe avocado and an overripe one.
• Physically fit: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift.
• Tech-savvy: Able to comfortably use a smartphone or handheld scanning device.
• Reliable and punctual: Happy to work flexible hours, which may include evenings or early morning starts.
