What You'll Be Doing
You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders across the business, taking the time to understand what they need to know and then building the models and reports to deliver financial intelligence. From margin analysis to cashflow forecasting, cost deep-dives to scenario planning — if it helps this business make better decisions, it lands on your desk.
Month end will be yours to run efficiently, freeing up the bulk of your time for the analysis work that genuinely moves the needle.

What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in a small or medium sized private commercial business
- A natural love of Excel and financial modelling — you build models for fun, not just necessity
- The instinct to partner with a business rather than just report to it
- Strong analytical skills across P&L, cashflow, margins and cost analysis
