We are seeking an experienced Senior RPG Developer with strong IBM i (AS400) expertise to provide technical leadership, deliver high-quality software solutions, and support mission-critical business applications within a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery

• Evaluate business requirements and determine operational feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership within development teams.
• Ensure solutions adhere to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to applications, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design initiatives.

Software Development & Support

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support enterprise applications on the IBM i (AS400) platform.
• Develop and maintain solutions using

• Design, optimize, and maintain DB2/400 database solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues.
• Support change management, release management, and incident resolution activities.
• Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience working within enterprise-scale production environments.
