Forklift Operator / Grocery Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Forklift/Grocery Assistant to join our team at New World Gardens. This is a varied role that combines responsibilities within our storeroom and on the retail floor within our Grocery Department.
Are you reliable, enjoy being busy, enjoy working within a team environment but equally can work on your own, this could be the job for you.
Key attributes required:
- Be able to operate a forklift in a safe and responsible manner
- Help the team to maintain a tidy and well-organised storeroom
- Ensures a safe environment for staff and delivery personnel
- Provides a high standard of customer service
- Able to comply with Food & Workplace Safety Practices
Our ideal person would be able to :
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Hold a current Forklift License (not essential) however experience operating a forklift is a must
- Physically fit with heavy lifting experience
- Shows strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized and has a can-do attitude
- Has a friendly, positive attitude
- Excellent communicator and a real team player
