Achieve all the Paid Sales Orders are taken up for converting to Sales within 24 hours 

·       Direct Spare Parts are Packed /Billed and made ready for dispatch correctly as per the Orders 

·       Achieve all the Vehicle Off Road Deliveries are taken on Top Priority to ensure that Parts are Packed and dispatched on same day to reach Customer at the Earliest for making Vehicle On Road .

·       Direct Material Received from Vendors /Other Warehouses and Manufacturing Plants  to be Unloaded /Checked for Quantity and condition /Binned as per system location & Accounted within 24 hours in SAP to make it available for Sales 

·       Plan Material Released to other Warehouses against Stock Transfer Orders is Picked /Packed and Ensured to be dispatched within 48 hours. Stock Transfer Orders are Released from Parent Warehouse location to Regional Warehouses . This activity Ensures that for Each Zone ( North/South/East/West/Central ) , Spare Parts are available at the Nearest Warehouse to have minimum Transportation time and logistics cost/Transit Damages

·       Implement Kit Formation is done in case of Many Child Parts which are Sold as a Kit. This activity helps in ensuring all parts required to be Replaced together to be made one time available to the Customers rather than Following up for Individual Parts Separately 

·       Establish Perpetual Inventory is Carried out for All the A , B and C Category Parts as per the Movement and Sales Volume on Monthly basis . This Exercise helps in Regular Monitoring of Stocks and Reduce Material Not Traceable issues at the time of Sales . Once in Every Year Complete Shutdown Inventory is Carried out for All Stocks in Warehouse

·       Prepare any Claims Received from Customers on account of Short/Wrong/Damaged/Defective Supplies are being checked and Verified for finding out the Error Source. Root Cause Analysis as well as CAPA is being Carried out to avoid Recurrence of same Error . Claims Pertaining to Warehouse Scope are Settled within 3 Days of Approval on Receipt of All Documents and Material . This Creates Customer Satisfaction 

·       Consumables Required for Packing and Repacking activities are being monitored Regularly and Inventory /Indent and Proper Upkeep are Ensured so that there is Minimum loss of Sales due to Non Availability of Consumables.

·       Develop Coordination with Manufacturing Plant Head for All the Statutory and Safety Related Compliances and Adhering to the same 

·       Activities Related to WMS Implementation at Warehouse  

·       3PL Management and Ensuring that they are meeting the KDs

·       Coordination with SCM /Field / Sourcing/Packaging /Logistics  for Ensuring Delivery at Right Time & Place to Customers
