- Manage sales orders for key retail accounts in MYOB Exo, from pricing checks to amendments and cancellations
- Support the Key Account Managers and field sales team with meeting prep, samples, planograms, catalogues and reporting
- Work closely with the third-party logistics provider on order visibility, timing and delivery
- Prepare product data, images and web copy submissions for retailers, and manage retailer credits
- Accounts support: debtors, creditors, payment batches, TT payments, daily bank reconciliations and month-end
- Circa $85k salary

- Graduates welcome, ideally with a few years' work experience in sales support, customer service, admin or accounts
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Clear, confident communicator who builds good relationships internally & externally
- Organised & proactive, comfortable juggling priorities in a very busy environment
- Confident with systems & Excel; MYOB Exo or similar ERP experience is a bonus
