IP Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical/Electrical/Process Engineer or trade qualified fitter to work with one of our manufacturing clients located in Canning Vale. This position is a factory based role within the plastics industry overseeing a small team. The role offers an immediate start, flexibility and great long term opportunities to progress into operational management. Experience in process manufacturing is a must and you will require the knowledge to carry out various tasks, including.

• Process manufacturing assessment and associated documentation

• Problem solving/managing hazards, incidents etc

• Have a hands on approach (training and personnel included)

• Have a professional approach

• Be prepared to work towards a managerial position

To be considered for these roles all applicants will need to meet the following criteria:

• Have full Australian working rights

• Australian Tertiary/Trade qualification (Engineer/Fitter)

• Current WA C class licence or higher and reliable transport

• Have previous experience in a similar type role

• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and regular random tests
