Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Functional Consultant to deliver new implementations and support ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, work independently, and contribute to ERP practice building.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Configure Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, WIP, and Planning modules.
• Analyze industry-specific business processes across manufacturing, automotive, high-tech, pharma, and trading.
• Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Support data migration, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot critical configuration issues and provide functional solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integration touchpoints across Oracle Fusion applications.
• Contribute to ERP practice building and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders across different time zones.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing implementation and production support.
• Hands-on experience with Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement, BOM, WIP, and Planning.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP business processes across industrial manufacturing, automotive, high-tech, pharma, and trading industries.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain architecture.
• Knowledge of integration touchpoints in implementation scenarios.
• Experience preparing configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Experience in data migration, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones.

Good to Have

• Oracle Fusion Implementation Certification.
• Pre-sales experience.
• Knowledge of additional Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules.

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who

• Has never worked directly with clients.
• Lacks hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing experience.
• Has limited implementation or production support experience.
• Requires continuous supervision to manage functional delivery.
