About the Opportunity
A dynamic player in the B2B SaaS and e-commerce enablement sector, we empower brands and enterprises to scale across digital marketplaces through strategic platform partnerships, data-driven merchandising, and performance-optimized listing operations. Our team works at the intersection of commerce technology and account strategy—partnering with global platforms like Amazon to drive growth for high-potential sellers in India and beyond.

Role & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end relationship management for 10-15 strategic Amazon seller accounts, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for each account—including catalog optimization, pricing analysis, promotions, and inventory sync.
Partner with Amazon’s internal teams (Seller Support, Launch, Ads) to resolve escalations, unlock growth levers, and secure platform advantages.
Monitor KPIs (sales velocity, ACoS, conversion rate, IPI) and deliver data-backed recommendations for performance improvement.
Lead quarterly business reviews with clients, presenting insights, forecasts, and actionable roadmaps aligned with Amazon’s marketplace dynamics.
Train and mentor junior team members on Amazon’s policies, tools (Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Advertising Console), and best practices.
