Job Summary: Switchgear and Control Technices Private Limited (SCTPL) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience in sales of panel and switchgear products. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for switchgear and control panel products.

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical panel and switchgear market.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.

·       Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

·       Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding product applications and solutions.

·       Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and reports.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and reach.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

·       Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products and services.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

·       10+ years of experience in sales, specifically in panel sales and switchgear products.

·       Ready to travel to the job location.

·       Strong knowledge of electrical systems, products, and applications.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
