Tasman Bay Food Co, home of brands including Juicies, Moosies, Dr Feelgood and Speedway Sauce, is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing operation in Brightwater.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, leading people, solving problems, and working closely with engineering and maintenance to keep production performing at its best.
What you'll do
Lead and develop production teams
Deliver production plans safely, efficiently, and consistently
Work closely with engineering and maintenance to resolve equipment issues and coordinate preventative maintenance
Drive training, capability development, and continuous improvement
Improve productivity, quality, safety, waste, and downtime performance
Use data and KPIs to make practical decisions
Support new products, equipment, and manufacturing projects
What you'll bring
Proven manufacturing leadership experience
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
The ability to lead teams and build accountability
Experience working alongside engineering and maintenance teams
A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
Food manufacturing experience (ideally dairy) is an advantage
