About A.S. Wilcox
A.S. Wilcox is a vertically integrated New Zealand horticultural business. We grow, pack and export fresh vegetables to customers around the world. Our export team is fast-paced, close-knit and proud of getting every order to customers in full and on time.

About the role
As our seasonal Export Logistics Support person, you'll be the link between our customers, packhouse and shipping companies. You'll make sure every order is booked, tracked and delivered on time, and that everyone knows what's happening along the way.

What you'll do:

Be the go-to contact for customer shipping and product enquiries
Build shipping programmes and book shipments, containers and freight to suit each customers arrival needs
Track shipments from origin to destination and sort out potential issues early
Lodge export entries with NZ Customs
Prepare shipping summaries for customers
Reconcile orders with the packhouse and transport companies, and resolve any discrepancies

About you

You have experience in shipping logistics and customer service (around 3 years is ideal)
You know your way around export/import requirements, freight and shipping
You're confident with Excel and Word
You're accurate, love solving problems and take pride in great customer service
A NZ Customs Accredited PIN is a bonus, but not essential. We'll train the right person
