The Opportunity Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor supporting the dual-branded campus of Hotel Citrine Palo Alto, Tribute Portfolio and AC Hotel Palo Alto. We are seeking a leader who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to support daily operations and inspire service excellence. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, You'll: Lead and support the daily operations of restaurant, bar, banquet, and food & beverage outlets across the campus. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards. Serve as the liaison between Culinary and Front-of-House teams to ensure seamless execution of service. Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and ongoing development of Food & Beverage Curators. Monitor service levels, dining room operations, and guest interactions to ensure brand standards are consistently met. Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively while creating service recovery opportunities. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and health department requirements. Support inventory controls, cash handling procedures, and point-of-sale system accuracy. Assist with banquet and special event operations as business needs require. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout all Food & Beverage areas. Lead by example through a hands-on approach and visible presence during service periods. What We're Looking For Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, banquet, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and alcohol service regulations. Food Handler Certification and TIPS Certification (or ability to obtain). Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic reporting functions. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
