· Lead development projects that create lasting outcomes for Pacific communities
Our Story
Central Pacific Collective (CPC) is a community-led regional organisation with a vision of thriving, prosperous Pasefika people and communities. We operate by enabling, facilitating, supporting, and integrating the considerable efforts of various agencies and organisations dedicated to providing wellbeing solutions for Pasefika communities in the wider Wellington region. We are looking to build our capacity and capability as a Pasefika organisation.
Our goals are to improve Pasefika wellbeing, economic resilience and build an exemplar organisation.
A key project we are delivering is Our Whare Our Fale. We have secured government funding to build up to 300 affordable, multigenerational, Pasefika-designed homes to improve wellbeing and transform lives. The project is the first of its kind and is the biggest Pasefika project in New Zealand.
