Skills and Experience:

• 15 years or more of proven experience as a Wet Trades Foreman.
• Strong residential construction background.
• Comprehensive wet trades and finishing experience.
• Excellent team leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, programmes and quality expectations.
• Proficiency in construction setting out, levelling and interpreting drawings.
• Sound understanding of construction safety requirements.
