Are you ready to take charge of advanced medical technology development?
As a Systems Engineer at Randstad Professional, you lead technical innovation from concept to implementation, shaping complex intense pulsed light (IPL) systems within a global, highly regulated environment.
In this position, you steer cross-functional technical teams and ensure every phase of system development aligns with rigorous methodology. You connect domain experts across engineering disciplines, apply V-model lifecycle tracking, and advance continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Your core responsibilities include:
• Leading technical development of IPL products from early concepts through full implementation
• Integrating engineering solutions across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines
• Maintaining end-to-end requirement traceability and design verification across the V-model
• Applying established development logic and supporting strategic decision-making
• Driving team improvements through methodologies like Model Based Systems Engineering and SAFE Agile Functie-eisen
Requirements
• You hold a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field
• You have more than 3 years of experience in a lead engineering role managing multi-domain systems
• You possess proven hands-on experience with medical consumer product design controls (such as FDA, ISO 13485, or EU MDR) • You hold a Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) certification Competenties
