Civil IQ is expanding and we’re looking for a Skilled Civil Labourer who knows their way around a civil site. If you can turn up, work hard, and get stuck in, you’ll fit right in.

About the role
You’ll be hands‑on across a range of civil projects: earthworks, drainage, concrete, site prep, and general labouring. You’ll work alongside operators, carpenters, and project leads to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll need

• Solid civil labouring experience

• Good communication and teamwork

• A commitment to safe work practices

• WTR endorsement

• Full licence and reliable transport
