Job description - Sr Solution Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the architecture and modernization of our Intelligent Adjudication & Reasoning (iAR) platform. This role will own the end-to-end design of pre-adjudication claim processing, enterprise data architecture, cloud transformation, and AI-enabled solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technology leader driving scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions across insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for pre-adjudication claim processing, including ingestion, transformation, enrichment, validation, and orchestration of high-volume structured and unstructured data.
• Design scalable integration frameworks connecting claims, member, provider, clinical, and third-party data sources.
• Define data models, workflows, and orchestration patterns supporting Rules Engines, AI, and Agentic Reasoning platforms.
• Establish architecture standards for security, governance, scalability, performance, reliability, and observability.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives from on-premises and other cloud platforms to AWS.
• Define monitoring, logging, and operational excellence practices using Monitoring tools, Log Analytics, Application Insights, or similar platforms.
• Architect and guide implementation of Generative AI solutions, including LLM training strategies, RAG architecture, and AI-powered workflows.
• Provide technical leadership on emerging AI technologies and best practices for enterprise adoption.
• Define and execute enterprise data strategy aligned with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Design secure and scalable data architectures supporting Health, P&C, and future insurance businesses.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Operations, Actuarial, and Business teams to deliver strategic solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, mentor engineering teams, and build a high-performing data engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in Solution, Data, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with cloud migration, data governance, analytics, and large-scale integration platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and modern AI-enabled architectures.
• Insurance domain experience in Healthcare, RCM, Claims Adjudication preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications.
