Key responsibilities:
- Ensure every plate leaves the pass with confidence.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior team.
- Support day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Mentor junior Chefs.
- Uphold food safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to menu design and kitchen creativity.
- Keep an eye on cost control, stock levels, and sustainability practices.
- A trained and qualified Chef with experience in fast-paced, premium dining environments.
- You thrive under pressure, take initiative, and lead with integrity.
- You genuinely care about quality and consistency (and it shows in your food).
- A strong food production background and creative flair.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- A calm, collaborative approach (especially during service).
- Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance standards.

- Stable income - guaranteed 20-hour work week, with an hourly rate between $28-$30.
