Help keep TECI projects moving. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Procurement & Project Support Coordinator to support purchasing, document control, equipment rentals, expense administration, reporting, and day-to-day project needs.
In this fast-paced role, you will work with project teams, vendors, and Accounting to keep materials, equipment, records, and support activities on track. You will manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and follow outstanding items through completion.
What You Will Do
Procurement & Purchasing

Equipment Rental Management
· Maintain an accurate rental log by project, location, vendor, and rental status, with supporting documentation.
· Coordinate deliveries, pickups, extensions, off-rentals, and discrepancies with project teams and rental vendors.
· Monitor rental needs and follow up on equipment no longer required to help prevent unnecessary costs.
Accounting & Expense Management
· Process employee expense reports and review company credit card receipts and supporting documentation for completeness.
· Assist with expense reconciliation and maintain organized purchasing and expense records.
· Coordinate invoice and purchasing inquiries with vendors, project personnel, and TECI Accounting; help resolve discrepancies involving invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
