  • *Licensure:* Active Pharmacist License ? Part A with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) or equivalent Canadian provincial pharmacy regulatory authority (Mandatory).
  • *Experience:* 1+ years of experience in a community pharmacy setting.
  • *Specialized Skills:* Prior experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding is strongly preferred.
  • *Patient & Customer Care:* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and patient-centered care.
  • *Health Focus:* A genuine passion for health, wellness, and preventative care.
  • *Communication & Professionalism:* Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills for collaborating with patients and healthcare teams.
  • *Teamwork:* A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • *Organization:* Outstanding time management, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • *Operational Adherence:* Full commitment to upholding Smith?s Pharmacy policies, procedures, and relevant provincial healthcare standards.
