We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and friendly Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join our welcoming Food & Beverage team at Copthorne Hotel Rotorua. In this role, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar and restaurant, support the team in delivering excellent service, and ensure our guests enjoy a positive dining experience.

This is an important position within our Food & Beverage team, so previous supervisory experience would be an advantage. However, if you have spent 1–2 years working as an F&B Attendant and are ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, we'd be happy to consider your application.
Experience in functions and events would also be beneficial. You'll need to be flexible with your availability, including working weekends and split shifts, and have a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences while supporting and developing those around you.
