- Design Execution & Mentorship: Direct and review the day-to-day work of UI Designers (transitioning design intent into implementation-ready Figma), while maintaining the core design system.
- Documentation & Training: Oversee operator-facing documentation, in-system help, and source material for operator training packages.
- Experience: Proven track record in senior or lead UX/UI roles delivering complex, mission-critical, or high-stakes operational software systems.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to work alongside architects and systems engineers to shape technical trade-offs and requirements.

- Prior experience in Defence, aerospace, control-room, or human-supervised automation domains.
- Familiarity with military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1472) and tactical symbology.
- Experience developing structured user documentation, embedded help, or training content.
- High-Impact Role: Directly influence the interface and experience of next-generation critical Defence systems.
- Leadership: Own the project UX domain within a collaborative, peer-led leadership framework rather than purely acting as a production asset.
- Competitive Package: Attractive salary and flexible working conditions with dedicated professional development pathways.
