There's plenty of work ahead, a good mix of commercial and residential jobs, and no expectation that you need to know absolutely everything.

The job:
You'll be working across a variety of flooring projects throughout Canterbury, including carpet, vinyl, vinyl plank, timber, laminate and more.
Depending on your experience, you'll be trusted to run your own jobs from prep through to completion, while also working alongside the wider team and apprentices coming through.
You don't need to be an expert across every type of flooring. If you've got good experience in a few areas, know how to produce a quality finish and are willing to learn the rest, we'd still like to hear from you.

- Can confidently get on with a job without needing someone looking over their shoulder
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Is reliable, straight-up and takes ownership of their work
- Gets on well with customers, other trades and the rest of the crew
- Is happy to share their knowledge with apprentices and younger installers
- Has a full NZ driver licence
