Fortis is a 100% New Zealand, vet-owned company, unique in the New Zealand supply landscape and one of only three major national veterinary wholesalers. We supply veterinary products to clinics around the country; and animal health goods to pet retail stores and farm supply companies.

We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our Timaru team. This role will be based out of our Timaru Warehouse Office.

This role is full time Monday to Friday job – but we are willing to discuss different options for suitable people including job share arrangements and working patterns that support your work life balance.

• Picking orders using our warehouse management system

• Packing orders and preparing them for the couriers.

• Assisting in stocktaking and investigating missing stock.

• Help the team to keep the warehouse clean and tidy.

• Helping to ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained

Our ideal candidate would be:

• Accurate

• Willing to learn with computers

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Physically fit (must be able to be on their feet, lifting boxes and picking/packing stock)

• Forklift/machine operation (preferred but not essential)
