Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience in a Mexican or quick service style restaurant, love for people and hospitality, good knowledge of food, ability to work weekends and public holidays, and the desire to be part of a team with the drive to help it succeed!

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the day to day operation of appointed kitchen
- Preparing and making menu items
- Assisting in stock management, including but not limited to ordering, receipting, storing, and rotation
- Contributing to menu planning and costing
- Monitoring portions and wastage
- Adhering to tasks as set out by senior leaders (Sous Chef, Head Chef)
- Ensuring quality and consistency of all food offerings
