Role Purpose
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards that enable audit, financial, asset and historical transaction reporting from a consolidated SQL data platform. Support the retirement of legacy applications by providing modern reporting and enquiry capabilities. Work pattern will be UK working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements with business users and SMEs.
  
• Develop Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.
  
• Create DAX measures, drill-through capabilities and interactive visualisations.
  
• Validate report outputs against source data and reconciliation rules.
  
• Optimise report performance and usability.
  
• Support UAT, hypercare and defect resolution.
  
• Produce documentation and conduct knowledge transfer.
  

Desirable

• Finance, audit or asset management reporting experience.
  
• Experience with data-migration or archive reporting projects.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI Desktop and Service.
  
• DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
  
• SQL Server and Azure SQL reporting.
  
• Report performance tuning.
  
• Stakeholder engagement and requirements interpretation.
