Venta is looking for an experienced aluminium joinery installer and fabricator to join our team in Hastings. Commercial installation will be a key part of your role, supported by fabrication work in our modern factory.

The role
You’ll be installing commercial aluminium windows and doors on site, along with some architectural residential installation and factory fabrication.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing joinery to the approved drawings and project requirements.
Checking dimensions, site conditions and installation details before proceeding.
Handling, cutting, assembling and glazing aluminium joinery.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Working with our team, builders and site managers to resolve issues and keep jobs moving.
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and working safely.
Sharing your experience and helping others develop their skills.
What we’re looking for
Strong experience in both commercial aluminium joinery installation and fabrication is essential. This role is for someone who can bring proven expertise to the team from day one.
You’ll also need:
A sound practical understanding of commercial joinery systems and installation methods.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
The ability to work independently and solve problems.
A strong work ethic and a positive, straightforward approach.
The ability to work well with others and represent Venta professionally on site.
A current car driver’s licence.
Existing New Zealand work rights suitable for a long term role.
