About the role as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that we provide the best possible services to all clients
• Build and develop relationship with new and existing clients through calls, meetings and events
• Understand you client’s needs and provide them tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits.

What we are looking for:

• Individuals who have face to face sales or recruitment experience
• Individuals who are looking as recruitment as a career
• Individuals who are self-motivated and want to develop as an individual
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Someone who has the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Individuals must have a full class 1 license
