Your role will include:
- Deliver great customer experiences by welcoming customers, handling pick-ups and drop-offs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Manage the end-to-end rental process, including bookings, vehicle checks, rental agreements, extensions and returns.
- Keep our fleet looking its best by grooming and preparing vehicles to a high standard, ready for the next hire
- Support day-to-day operations. Complete vehicle checks, follow processes, and keep the depot clean and organised
- Get behind the wheel and operate the courtesy shuttle when needed
- Use systems with confidence – working with rental car management software and internal tools to manage bookings, updates, and customer needs
- Access advice and support on a wide range of topics through OCP.

- A full New Zealand driver licence.
- Previous customer service experience, with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a range of customers.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, think on your feet and solve problems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support the team.
- Comfortable identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
- Contactable referees required.
