Team Leader - Night Shift
Lead From the Front.
Our client is looking for an experienced and practical Team Leader to join their night shift meat processing operation in a permanent, full-time role.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be out on the floor, leading by example, supporting your team, solving problems as they arise, and helping ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
If you're the sort of leader who rolls up their sleeves, steps in where needed, and earns respect through action, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and mentoring production staff
- Supporting team performance and productivity targets
- Troubleshooting operational issues and resolving problems quickly
- Ensuring health, safety and quality standards are maintained
- Training and developing team members
- Working alongside the team to keep production moving
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading teams in a food processing, meat processing or production environment
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of safety and quality within a production environment
- Practical problem-solving ability
- Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to work alongside your team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
